University Park is the 🏆best you&#;re going to get as far as student apartments at UT. It&#;s very low rent compared to the others, and the apartments are fairly nice. You have a park-style courtyard to 🚶 walk around, in-unit laundry, we just had a new stove installed, the unit is fully furnished, and my roommates are wonderful, laid back people. The roommates are 2 👩 girls and 1 👨 guy. The person with whom you would be sharing the bathroom/side of the apartment with is a 👩 girl. Hardwood floors in the living room and bathroom area, carpeted bedrooms, and my room has a pretty view of the courtyard. If you&#;re a 🎇clean, laid back, progressive individual, you will get along greatly with the roommates. You will be taking over this period&#;s lease from May -August (however, since I am moving out mid-May, I will cover May&#;s rent), as well as next period&#;s lease: August -August .
