3 bedroom 3 bath house in The Cottages. This ad is for one of the rooms that is on the first floor. Both of my roommates are moving out, so the house will be empty upon move in. If you have 2 friends that want to move in with you, they can, and also if you refer them to The Cottages, then you get an extra $ per friend you bring that will go on your account to help pay with rent. Also, by taking over this lease you get an extra $ rent concession that will go on your account. If you do not have anyone to move in with you, then the rent will still be the same and The Cottages will do a roommate matchmaking to help you out. This lease is for August to July .
