Hi! I am subleasing my room for the summer! The apartment is a 3 bedroom apartment with two bathrooms (1 in the master and 1 in the hallway, shared between you and another subleaser). There is a 🚌 bus stop right outside the complex that holds NS, NU, HS routes to campus/medical campus. There is also a stop directly across the street that can drop you on the way back
It is $ including rent and utilities. There is a bed and desk ready for you + plentiful closet space and the apartment was just renovated last year so it looks great (with a furnished living space). There is a washer/dryer in the apartment as well. Parking available. Please keep in mind there may be other subleasers for the other two rooms. Please let me know if you are interested!
