This three-bedroom apartment is on the second floor, and I am looking for 2 new roommates to rent month-to-month from May to September . The apartment complex is within 🚶 walking distance from Full Sail University and about 6 miles/-minute drive from UFC.
Rent includes water/sewer, pest control, trash, and valet trash. Electrical and internet are paid separately. The complex provides 2 🏊 pools, a gym, a laundry facility, and free parking.
Rooms are unfurnished and carpeted; the rest of the apartment is tile. The porch is screened in, and also provides outdoor storage space. Washer and dryer hookups are in the apartment as well as a dishwasher.
I am super friendly and respectful of the space in the apartment; I am a student of Full Sail. Anyone can inquire! The rooms available are the smaller room (&#;4 x ) and the master bedroom. The Master bedroom has its own bathroom and 🚶 walk-in closet while the smaller room shares a bathroom.
