Hello! I plan on subleasing my bedroom w/ bathroom at Tivoli Apartments for the remainder of my lease. I am looking for a 👨 male or 👩 female to sublease my apartment from March 1st to July th. My roommates and I know each other well and they are great 👨 guys. Utilities are typically only around $ a month per person. There is a sublet fee of $, which we can split /, as well as a $ application fee. We have a cat as well, in case you have allergies. It is a nice, safe area and is very close to campus.
