We are looking for two people (together) to sublease our two rooms for 6 months in our 3X3 barracks townhome! Rent is only $ per room/ month plus utilities! It is ready for immediate move in!! February rent is already paid for as well as the $ move out fee if you decide to move out when the lease ends.
This townhome is one of a kind with a unique layout that is different from all the other 3x3 layouts in the barracks. It has a HUGE pantry, kitchen, laundry room, and living room.
Our lease ends July th so you can renew the lease then if you’d like. There will be one 👩 femaleroommate already living their as her lease ends in July as well. She is super sweet and has one friendly and very well trained dog! She is rarely home so you have the place to yourselves most the ⌚time.
