Just graduated looking to sublease my apartment in Campus Lodge. Really close to 💚 USF. The community is 🌉 gated. All the amenities just opened up again. This includes a computer lab for printing, a really nice resort-style 🏊 pool, and /7 open 🏊 pool. Both of my roommates are really sweet. One works a lot so she is hardly home. The other is also a student and has a sweet cat. Both are 🎇clean and keep to themselves. The location of the apartment is really nice. The bedroom is big and well lit. no loud neighbors nearby.
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
