I graduated so I&#;m looking for someone to take over my lease. The unit available is Unit C. The apartment comes furnished with access to a 🏊 pool, gym, computer lab, and in-unit washer/dryer, dish washer, full-sized kitchen, and patio. Animals are welcome, though there is only one animal allowed per apartment and one tenant already pays for her cat. The location can&#;t be better, as it&#;s a minute 🚶 walk from campus, the second to last stop on the 🚌 bus route that drops off at Holden Hall, and only a short 🚶 walk from the 🍕 food and shopping strips along University Ave and Glenna Goodacre. The other tenants are friendly and ❤️love animals, and they also know how keep to themselves if/when necessary. All amenities are included. Please contact me with any further questions.
