(Can also have unfurnished option) The apartment is right across from the leasing center so you’re closer to the amenities and the mailbox! Also utilities are included in the $ price and wifi is supplied for free! Lower if you have your own furniture. It becomes $ a month if you’d like to add the renters insurance for $ a month.
