Hi! I’m looking for a 👩 female to move into my apartment at Villas on Apache as I am moving back home. I am leaving on December 7th, so apartment is free after that. You can move in any ⌚time from that date. It is a 2 bed/2 bath fully furnished apartment. Rent for 1 bedroom is $ a month plus 💡electricity. All other utilities are covered including Wi-Fi along with in unit laundry. There is another 👩 female living in the apartment who is an ASU student as well. Apartment is 🚶 walking distance from ASU campus and located at a prime location, 5-minute 🚶 walk to stores like CVS, Taco Bell etc. Rent for December has already been paid.
