There are currently 3 other roommates, one 👨 male and two 👩 females. I wanted to sublease my room because I need to go back to my home town for personal reasons. There are a total of 4 rooms. In your room you get your own 🚶 walk in closet, your own bathroom and a pretty spacious bedroom. The washer and dryer are right outside your room for easy access. The apartment is furnished and has a parking garage for this specific unit. There&#;s a 🏊 pool, gym and work station here. and is easily accessible to UTSA. One roommate has a dog and one has a cat that are kept in their respected rooms. The couches have been upgraded before i moved in and somethings have been replaced.
