The $ utilitiesfee is just meant to simplify things month to month. You pay the $ and we&#;re square, that&#;s it. The common area and kitchen will be furnished but you will need to supply everything for your own room. The furniture in the photos is not representative of what will be there.
Independently managed 4x4 condo in the Woodlands complex. My younger brother and I will be staying here for the foreseeable future though we&#;ll need roommates. We&#;re both engineering students so just about as boring as you can get.
Fairly relaxed atmosphere, we really don&#;t care what you do as long as the condo stays somewhat 🎇neat (diches, dirt, clutter, damage to furniture, etc). You won&#;t have to deal with Woodlands management, and you will be living with your maintenance 👨 guy.
Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the condo at any ⌚time whatsoever. We really don&#;t care what you do, but we don&#;t want to smell it, get it on our furniture, or have it sold from the condo.
