This is a 4x4 style apartment, I’m subletting my 1x1 in it. This is a very great place to live with a nice 🏊 pool, gym, basketball court, computer lab. And study rooms. There is usually a $ charge for 💡electricity some⌚times depending on how much you used for the month. They off incentives in the house some⌚times such as free coffee and pastries.
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
