This is a sublease that would go until May th, and it is for one of the bedrooms in the unit. There is 1 roommate here and he is pretty chill and doesn&#;t really bother anybody. You would have a private bathroom and a big closet. The unit also comes with its own washer/dryer and is fully furnished. The actual apartment complex comes with a 🏊 pool and volleyball court which are accessible from dawn to dusk and a security🌉 gate. The complex is also close enough to the UNCW campus that you can 🚶 walk there or the busses come right inside the complex on a well ⌚timed minute schedule.
