Hi everyone! I am looking to sublease my room at the cottages of tempe for the rest of the semester! I live in a 5 bed 5 bath cottage and as of right now, only two other rooms are being used.
With rent, you get your own bedroom, bathroom, and 🚶 walk in closet. Parking and full use of amenities is also included in your rent! I also got the furnished package so the cottage is already furnished.
I am only looking for 👩 girls to rent to, sorry 👨 guys!
