Hello! I won’t be returning to Arizona for this fall semester so I’m looking for someone to take over my apartment lease. It is a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom unit at Union Tempe that is fully furnished and with 3 other roommates. It is the largest floor plan for the unit and on the 7th floor with an incredible view of Tempe Town Lake and Mill Ave.
It is very close to CVS, a 🎥 movietheater, and many 🍔 restaurants and fast 🍕 food locations. The apartment comes with all utilities, high-speed WiFi, washing and drying machine, and on-site maintenance inside of your apartment complex, AC/Heater, and additionally a 🏊 pool, hot tub, and gym.
