Hi, I have a $/month dorm I am looking to sublease at Chisholm Hall. The floorplan is the Double, however, I was given a room with the Double Deluxe floorplan, so I am unsure whether or not the extra furniture will remain this upcoming semester. All utilities are included in the rent. The room is located on the first floor. I will pay the $ transfer fee for the lease. The lease is ten months long, starting August th. My current roommate is my sister and we are both trying to sublease our dorm. If someone is looking for a place to live with a friend, this would be extremely convenient. This sublease is not limited to women only, anybody can apply. This floorplan is the cheapest housing option available on-campus.
