I&#;m looking for a 👩 female subleaser to take over my lease for a shared bedroom in North for the entire subleasing period for Fall from th August to 6th August .
The apartment comes fully furnished with amenities listed in the photos and is 🚶 walking distance from campus (🚴 biking would be easier). It&#;s also 🚶 walking distance from the Stadium Village light rail station and Fresh Thyme.
The normal rent is $ a month + 💡electricity and a one ⌚time wi-fi fee but you will pay the amount that I signed the lease for which is $/month.
The other occupants of the apartment are quiet but friendly and the only reason that I&#;m subleasing it is because of I can&#;t come back to the U in the Fall.
