I am looking for someone to take over my lease at the Cottages of Tempe for July -July . The lease is for 1 bedroom with a private bath and 🚶 walk in closet. The Cottages community and staff are amazing. I need this lease to be taken over because I moved. Right now leases at the Cottages are $+, this lease is the cheapest option living there for the next year. Kitchen is nice and there is a washer and dryer. Animals are welcome and there&#;s transportation to campus. Leases here are set up for student housing, meaning if anyone leaves during the year your rent will remain the same. The place is unfurnished, which can be changed. Utilities and 💡electricity are separate, I always put $ aside for them giving myself self wiggle room. There is an amazing 🏊 pool and gym in the community.
