Basically all the utilities are included except for 💡electricity, which the roommates set up in one persons name and then split it monthly. Per person it averages anywhere from $-$ a month. they also have the 🏊 pool, hot tub, game room, 🎥 movietheater, 🕶️ tanning bed, computer lab, study room, and hammock garden all included with the rent, which could be good to include on the listing. they are 🐕 pet friendly as well. I urgently need someone to sublease to due to a family emergency and no longer being able to live in the area! $ to anyone that finds me someone to sublet to!
