Howdy!! My sister and I are looking to sublease our rooms in a 5 bedroom cottage at the Junction. Each room has a private bathroom and spacious 🚶 walk-in closet. Our unit is in a super convenient location since it&#;s just steps away from the 🏊 pool, gym, and clubhouse. All bills are included in the price of rent except 💡electricity, which is usually around $, less if you&#;re careful about running the AC all day lol. As of right now, the entire house is empty except for the two of us, so if other people aren&#;t placed/you have roommates in mind, the house could be all yours!
