Looking for someone to sublease my room to, 👩 females only! I am willing to pay half of all subleasing fees.
The apartment complex is 3 minutes away from UTSA in driving distance. The apartment has 4 private rooms and 4.5 bathrooms, everything fully furnished. The room I’m subleasing is Bedroom A, located in the second floor. There are currently other 3 👩 femaleroommates living there too who are really nice, mind their business, and are never home for the most part. We all have a private bedroom and bathroom. Rent is $ per month which includes everything, but the 💡electricity bill (which is split evenly between the roommates). The rent covers all the amenities which are:

-Washer and Dryer
-🌊 water, sewer, and trash

-Recreation Center
-Swimming 🏊 pool
