Sterling Apartments at ASU have a waitlist dozens of renters long waiting to move in. I have a great room here, renting 1 🏊 pool-view room on the top floor with a private bathroom in a 4 person furnished apartment with very quiet non-intrusive roommates, but I&#;m going to move in with my 💕 👩 girlfriend. I can pay for one month FREE for you: you can move in as early as April 1st but you won&#;t have to pay for April. Besides that I am also paying $ of the rent monthly for the three months past April remaining on the lease-it was originally $ a month but I want to be the most appealing sublet available for Sterling so I&#;m lowering the overall cost. It still includes all the same amenities. You&#;d just have a lease transfer fee and apartment deposit. You can take over my lease here instead of waiting through the waitlist. the lease will start for you when you move in and ends July st. The complex has a really awesome gym, 🍔 grills, a 🏊 pool with weekend parties and several hot tubs. It&#;s very stylish, comes fully furnished and includes a nice washer/dryer in the apartment and an oversized bathtub with one of those curved shower curtain rods to make it feel even more roomy in the shower in your private bathroom. There are ceiling fans in the living room and in your bedroom. The unit is right next to the elevator that goes down to the lobby and gym. If you have any more questions feel free to message me.
If you really like living here there is also a second lease you could take over that would keep you in the complex through next year. I&#;m posting it as a separate ad but we can transfer that lease to you as well if you&#;d like to stay here through the next school year(and not try dealing with that waiting list, lol). It&#;s a lease running from August 1st to July st in a different apartment in the complex-you&#;d be moving to one bedroom/one bath in a two bedroom/two bath unit with only one roommate in the other room for about dollars rent per month. The complex only allows same-gender in the 2-bedroom so that one can&#;t be taken over by a 👩 girl. That apartment would also be furnished and include a washer/dryer and oversized tub.
