Private bathroom. I have a full bed as well as many storage cubes and still have room to move around. Large kitchen and in unit washer and dryer. Really big living/dining room. 📺 tv in living room with entertainment center. Unit wifi as well as free!!! wifi for your guest. Prep counter with bar. All utilities covered by management excluding 💡electricity but they do cover a small potion of it. Two 👩 femaleroommates both keep to their own rooms typically and are great at sharing the common areas. 🍔 grill right out front in courtyard and trash is a super quick 🚶 walk around the corner. The quietest neighbors i have ever lived under. Sill a student community but rarely is there ever any real parties.
