Looking for someone to take over my lease for August 1st. It’ll be a new lease term. The house is located right next to UNCW in Carleton Place. It is a 4 bedroom house. 2 people will be living there currently so there is my place and another spot for anyone else who is interested. Rent is $ not including utilities.
