Fully furnished apartment on the 3rd floor (so bugs and noise are rarely a problem). 🎇neat features for this unit include a new dryer, spacious island in the kitchen, and a inch 📺 tv. Canopy is on two 🚌 bus routes & just installed a side 🌉 gate to the community. The amenities are amazing with a /7 gym, clubhouse, free printing labs, and study rooms. The complex also hosts many events. Other three roommates are 👩 female, so the listing is for a 👩 female. One roommate is studying abroad for most of the summer (so she’ll hardly be there) and the other two are very respectful and kind! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease ASAP!
