Hi! I am moving out of the area and am looking for someone to sublease my apartment for summer. I have two wonderful roommates that are super chill. Campus Pointe offers so many wonderful amenities. The monthly rent is actually but I am willing to cover some of the cost as I really need to get this apartment subleased, which is why I brought it down to (could negotiate going lower). The apartment comes fully furnished. There is potentially one other room in the same apartment that could be subleased if you have a roommate in mind to move in together. However if it’s just one of you looking to move in I would ❤️love to sublease my apartment to you!
