I need to sell my contract because I am getting married and can&#;t be paying an extra rent once I get married. It is a great place to live and I have enjoyed living here. It is a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment, all private rooms. So you would only have 3 roommates and they are all super cool! you would also share a bathroom with just 1 other person. The utilities are included in the rent except for 💡electricity and ⛽gas which is split between all the roommates. But there is also a 🏊 pool, lounge area, onsite laundry, etc. Great ward and atmosphere as well.
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
