I will be doing an internship in the summer so I need someone to take over my place. I am looking for someone to sublease my bedroom + bathroom at Collins Crossing for June and July with the option of taking over the lease (My lease ends on August 9th, ). Rent is $ per month. 🌊 water is included in the rent and 💡electricity and internet usually adds up to $ per month. I will pay a portion of rent if you choose to sublease my room. I am also willing to leave my mattress and chair and desk if wished since I can&#;t take them anyway. I have a 👩 femaleroommate who will be staying in the apartment over the summer.
