I am subleasing one bedroom of a five bedroom apartment in Burbank, minutes 🚶 walking to campus. Rent is $ with everything included except 💡electricity,the average monthly 💡electricity is dollars. I need a subleaser from May until August , you will not pay anything in May ,but you can move in if you like.Otherwise you can move in June and you can renew the lease for a year if you want. The bedroom is a good size with tall ceilings and a 🚶 walk-in closet. The apartment itself has lots of charm with a spacious living room and kitchen. Laundry is included in the apartment. The complex has a lot to offer especially in the summer.It has a 🏊 pool,lazy river and a hot tube,also a beach volleyball .There is also a gym and nice study lounge.There is also a game lounge with 🏊 pool tables. Ohhh and you can play Golf.The staff her are very helpful , the maintenance is included.
