Looking for someone to take over my lease as I study abroad in France starting Jan 1- August or sooner located in Tempe right oVeteran&#;s Way and College Avenue. The apartment is University House Tempe or UH Tempe as it&#;s known. It’s a 5 Bd 3 Ba and you get your own room with 🚶 walk in closet, the bathroom is shared with one other however that roommate moved out and they&#;re not able to find someone to take his place so I&#;ve used the bathroom as my own for about 2 months now. The only utility the potential sublease will have to pay for is 💡electricity, however as a bonus I&#;m willing to pay for the 💡electricity bill for the duration of the lease (January 1st to July 1st). The apartment has plenty of ammenities such as, no 🌊 water bill, freegym on the 4th floor, granite countertops, an in house washer and dryer as well as the 4th floor 🏊 pool, and most importantly its one of the closest apartment to campus. .
