My apartment is a /2 bedroom 2 bathe. It is located right on Broadway and next to Texas Tech University. I have no roommates and my room is the master bedroom so you&#;ll have the whole apartment to yourself. These apartments come unfurnished but whoever signs I&#;m willing to offer a deal with a lot of stuff. This deal includes; a bar for alcohol storage and usage, ❤️loveseat, couch, lazy 👨 boy plus an ottoman, dishes and pans, towels, music player, nightstands, 📺 tv trays, towels, queen size bed, frame, and headboard, a 🍔 grill, and lastly a mounted 📺 tv. These apartments are one of the nicest apartments student living has and it&#;s proximity to the bars and campus makes living in Lubbock more convenient and fun.
