This apartment complex offers many desirable amenities such as resort style 🏊 pool, updated clubhouse that contains study rooms, theatre, 🏊 pool tables, ping pong tables, free coffee, and more. The complex also offers free parking for you or guests, and there is no need to worry about finding a spot, there is an abundance of spaces. The room has a private bathroom, very spacious. It also is fully furnished with a bed, mattress, dressers, and desk. I can send pictures of the room upon request. The 3 roommates include 1 👩 girl and 2 👨 guys so it&#;s open to both 👨 boys and 👩 girls. All 3 of them are 🎇clean, respectful, and friendly, 2 are medical majors and 1 is a construction management major. I have a concession on my rent, so it is cheaper than signing now and December is already paid. The complex is extremely 🐕 pet friendly and has awesome resident events multiple ⌚times each month. There is 🚌 bus stops for both Santa Fe College and the University of Florida.
