Hi! I stay in a 3br/3ba and I&#;m subletting my room at Village Green Apartments (January-July ). Rent is all inclusive (🌊 water, sewer, 💡electricity, cable, internet, parking, and a basic pest control service).
The apartment complex is approximately minutes from NCSU main campus, and 5 minutes from centennial. A private🚌 shuttle goes to NCSU every minutes. A 🚌 shuttle also goes to WPCU.
The bedroom has a 🚶 walk-in closet and a private bathroom. The furniture was just replaced and includes, a desk, a desk chair, a nightstand and a 4-drawer dresser. You MUST bring your own bed (I&#;m willing to negotiate my futon; it is twin sized). I&#;m also willing to negotiate my mini ⛄ fridge.

Management is very nice, and maintenance usually happens within days when requested. Management also has contests and free🍕 food for breakfast or lunch throughout the month.
