👩 females only please. On the 💛 UCF🚌 shuttleroute! My building is right next to the mail center and one of the 🏊 pool houses which also includes a computer lab. There is also a gym on the complex. My roommates are totally great! I was really great friends with one of them before I moved in and she is usually out all day and doesn’t come home until late because of rehearsals (she’s a stage management/theatre major). My other roommate is very quiet, I hardly ever know when she is home. We’re all really good about keeping the common areas tidy and taking out the trash (which they have a valet service for so we just put it right outside our front door).
Room has its own private bath and is fully furnished with a bed frame, mattress, desk, chair, side table, chest of drawers, and closet. If you look at the floor plan layout picture I attached, my room is the one on the far right that is kind of separate from the other two—so you’ll have just a bit more privacy! Also the apartment has all appliances included: ⛄ fridge, dishwasher, oven, ☢ microwave, and washer and dryer in the apartment. Knights Circle is also a 🌉 gated community with a security guard at two of the three entrances on post hours a day. Right across the street from campus, and there are always fun events and giveaways that usually include free🍕 food! 🏆best way to reach me is text—I will probably see it faster than an email. Thank you!
