Private room and private office in joined two-flat house, 2 blocks away from Superblock, the southern end of UMN campus. The house has 6 bedrooms, and currently 6 women including me. The house is happy to live with anyone of any gender. There are 2 kitchens and baths, so 3 people use each. A room in this house includes free off-street parking and in-unit free laundry. Everything is fully furnished. Tenants are responsible for all utilities, which are ~$ in the winter and ~$ in the summer. Rent is $/month.
