Hi! I am looking to sublease my bedroom in a 2 bed 1 bath apartment. The apartment is only half a mile away from Texas State, and it is on the Texas State 🚍 bus route! The bathroom is very spacious, with enough room for both residents. I recently had the room 🎇cleaned, so you will be moving into a 🎇clean and tidy space! The rent is $, and around $ after utilities. My friend who lives there does have a cat, but she is incredibly sweet and well behaved! My friend has already furnished the living room, so all you would need to bring is bedroom furniture and kitchenware! November rent will be covered, and there is a $ subleasing fee. I am needing to sublease this room out ASAP, so please let me know if you are interested!
