Hey I am trying to find a 👩 female student or young professional to take over my lease at Carleton. There are two other 👩 females living here, in our 3 bed/ 2 bath townhome. These 👩 girls are very chill and keep the place super 🎇clean.
Our place has a huge living room with skylights, great for entertaining or just hanging out, a spacious fenced in backyard, trash service, wash/dry, disposal, front yard landscaping, completely furnished besides the bedroom, garage with a bar, central AC, and a trail that directly leads in to UNCW campus which is great for 🚴 bikers or 🚶 walkers. There is also a community 🏊 pool, a lot of visitor parking as well as resident parking. The driveway can fit 2 cars, which allow us to alternate who gets to park in the driveway, and the street.
To be clear the rent is $ for my bedroom. Utilities are separate.
