WiFi, cable, 🌊 water, etc. is included in the rent! The apartment is on the third floor. The entire complex is 🌉 gated and has a 🚌 bus stop for 🚌 bus route . It’s about a mile from campus. They also have a great 🏊 pool, two gyms, study rooms, a 🕶️ tanning bed, and a computer lab. 🐕 pet friendly!! Washer and dryer in apartment.
