The location of this apartment is really ideal. It is located right on the Prospect Park light rail station. About a minute 🚶 walk from campus or a 3 minute trip on the light rail.
This building also has lots of amenities both indoors and outdoors. These include:

-Dog Run (Pets allowed!!!)

I lived in this apartment alone but it would also work well for two roommates.
If this lease is taken over before August I will pay for your first months rent.
I absolutely have ❤️loved living here but I&#;m transferring schools so no longer will be able to.
