The Station at Raleigh will offer both furnished and unfurnished options! If you choose to be furnished, your apartment will include living room and bedroom furniture, including a queen-sized mattress.
Our off campus apartments vary in size depending on the floor plan selected. The smallest floor plans are the Oak and Dogwood, each of which have one bedroom and one bathroom. Our largest floor plans are Murphy B and Finley, which have four bedrooms and four-and-a-half baths.
Each cottage has either a back patio or a deck (depending on the topography), while some cottages also have front porches.
Yes. The patios and decks at The Station at Raleigh are perfect for grilling, unlike other off campus apartments in Raleigh where grills are prohibited by the fire code. Furthermore, our decks and patios are larger than ones found in traditional apartments, making them the perfect spaces for hosting guests.
Parking spaces are located outside of the residences and are first come, first served.
Yes, the cottages are wired for high-speed Internet with Wi-Fi; they also have cable.
The Station at Raleigh provides video-recorded surveillance and on-site management.
Our off campus housing is also equipped with electronic key fobs, which provide students with access to their individual townhomes as well as to community amenities; this system allows residents to enjoy the amenities 24 hours a day.
Maintenance persons hold keys that are programmed to work during certain hours only; this ensures that residents are the only ones with after-hours access to their cottages. Management can also verify on the time log that repairs were completed during the correct time window.
Each installment payment is due on the 1st day of each month. Payments submitted after 5PM on the 5th day of the month are considered late. You can bring the check to the clubhouse or make a payment online using the resident portal.
Monthly installment payments include high-speed Internet, basic cable, pest control, trash, lawn maintenance, parking, and access to all of The Station at Raleigh's amenities.
Yes, our townhomes are pet friendly, although a pet fee will be required.
