University Garden apartments are located just one mile west of UGA and half a mile to Downtown Athens. It is right on the Athens bus Route, so the whole city is within reach, even if you are car-free. University Garden has five different Floor Plans to pick from; studio, 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms ranging from 400 to 2175 sq ft. All units come with the main kitchen appliances including dish Washer and walk-in closets. All 2 and 3 bedroom apartments come with Washer and Dryer connections. If you do not have a Washer and Dryer, University Garden has a pretty good laundry room. There is also the option to have your apartment fully Furnished.
