Uncommon Wilmington is located a short drive from UNCW and CPCC. It offers one, two, and four bedroom apartment styles, all with fully equipped kitchens and Washer and Dryer. To make life easier for students; leases are individual, there is roommate matching, fully Furnished apartments, and there is all inclusive rent (everything except electricity).
