McClelland Townhomes is a community located ~1.5 miles north of UNCW and 3 miles east of CFCC. There are many duplexes in the neighborhood, with one side being 2 bedroom and 2 bath, and the other 3 bedroom and 2 bath. There are no community features, living in McClenlland is more like living in a house, than an apartment.
As McClelland is a townhome community there are many different owners, so pricing, lease terms, and pet policy will vary widely....
