WHICH AMENITIES DOES THE STANDARD OFFER?

The Standard at Atlanta is called a luxury student apartment complex for a reason. We strive to provide you with amenities that satisfy all of your needs. As a resident, you will be able to relax in our rooftop pool or meet your fitness goals in our state-of-the-art fitness center. You will also be able to work in our study lounges so that you can ace that next big test. You'll even be able to pick up necessities on the way to class at the shops we offer on-site.

HOW MANY ROOMS ARE IN EACH APARTMENT?

When you sign your housing contract, you will be able to pick how many rooms you want to have. At The Standard, our floorplans range from one bedroom to six bedrooms so that you can be free to live with as many or as few roommates as you would like.

HOW MANY BATHROOMS DO THE APARTMENTS HAVE?

The number of bathrooms in each unit is dependant on the floorplan you prefer. You can share a bathroom with a trusted roommate or you can relish in the privacy of having your own bathroom.

ARE THE UNITS FURNISHED OR UNFURNISHED?

When you decide to live at The Standard, you don't have to worry about the hassle of buying or transporting new furniture. We offer comfortable and stylishly designed furniture packages that best suit the college lifestyle.

WILL PARKING BE PROVIDED?

Parking is always limited near college campuses. However, as a resident, you will be able to secure a parking space in our garage for convenient, nearby parking. Current parking rate: $95/m.

HOW LARGE ARE THE APARTMENT UNITS?

At The Standard, we offer a wide range of options for your Atlanta student living floorplan. You can live in a studio apartment by yourself or in a bedroom apartment with several other friends. The number of rooms you choose will determine how much square footage you will have. Whichever layout you select, you'll have privacy options when you want to be alone and plenty of common space when you want to socialize.

WHAT IS THE LENGTH OF MY HOUSING CONTRACT?

Student apartments near GSU are predominantly filled with students, which is why The Standard's leasing schedule revolves around student life. Housing contracts last for 12 months, beginning in August and ending in July, right before the start of a new semester.

WHAT APPLIANCES ACCOMPANY EACH UNIT?

At our Georgia Tech apartments, you will enjoy a modern kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. In this modern age, our lives tend to revolve around access to a computer; this is especially true for students. Therefore, we prioritize making sure all residents have high-speed Internet, which is covered in your monthly intallment payment.

WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS?

The Standard is not your typical GSU and Georgia Tech housing. When you live here, your installment payments include high-speed Internet, cable, a furniture package, a flat-screen TV, pest control and access to all of our remarkable on-site amenities.
