Springdale is a condo community located just over 2 miles from the ASU Tempe Campus (short Orbit bus ride). The community is made of 2 bedroom condos, with 1.5 to 2.5 baths, from 980 to 1120 sq ft. It is pretty quiet in Springdale, so you do not find any crazy community features, but you do have a Pool and spa.
Pick your landlord carefully, as these are condos, the price, lease terms, pet policy, and maintenance level will vary widely....
