Nov 2018: My mom currently rents an apartment from this place. I visit her and take her to work sometimes but every time I come over there's always something wrong going on in her apartment. I have stood right next to her when she calls the office to let them know about maintenance issues but they do absolutely NOTHING and they clearly don't care. The lady at the front office is super unprofessional and has lied to my mom numerous of times while on the phone. She promised to send someone over to her apartment to fix her issues but after following up with my mom no one ever came after a month worth of complaints. For starters, she doesn't have water in her toliet. It's disgusting and is a major plumbing issues. Also, there are NO more lights outside of her apartment. They are not working anymore, and it's extremely dangerous and unsafe to not have any li Review from GoogleNov 2018: The complex itself isn't bad. It's Stephanie the manager. She is a horrible representation for the company. She has no people skills. She is rude, condensending and a bold face lier. She's also discriminating. Make sure you record your conversations because she will not honor any agreement. She will throw you under the bus in a heartbeat. And she stalks you. Telling you she has people watching you. For a single mom with kids that is very creepy and unsafe. Telling me to remember that I live next door to the maintenance man. I never been treated so poorly by management in my life. I truly hope she gets replaced. Now Marisa was great. She was always so polite and knows how to treat people. Thank you Marisa for making that place bearable with that Monster Stephanie. Review from GoogleNov 2018: I was referred to Mission Springs by a former resident. The leasing consultant is the best! She really does an amazing job. I had concerns because of the bad reviews but she took the time and addressed every issue with me. The manager is nice as well. I was able to see my apt twice before I moved in to make sure I would be comfortable. I haven't seen any roaches either. So far I am satisfied with my new home. Review from Google
Oct 2018: Stay far away from this place. I should have ran the other way when they increased my rent 2 days before move in but unfortunately I had no other choice. Terrible place to live. We haven’t had hot water for the entire month of October. We’ve submitted multiple work orders, called their corporate, approaches maintenance and the plumbers ourself. Nothing has been done. In the 6 months we’ve lived here, at least 2 full months have been without hot water since it goes out every other week. I have a baby and I’m PREGNANT having to boil water just to bathe. This is barbaric yet we pay full price rent early every single month. OPEN A BBB INVESTIGATION ON THESE CROOKS. DO NOT LET THEM GET AWAY WITH THIS! We are constantly in the office.

Jun 2018: I moved in recently and love it! The office staff is helpful and friendly and the maintenance guy came by right away to help me with my garbage disposal. My dogs love the bark park and the pool is clean every day. My apartment was remodeled and is modern and clean. I would recommend this apartment complex. Review from Google
