The condo is close to 💛 UCF (3.6 miles), and if you don&#;t have a car you can 🚶 walk over to the next neighborhood and use the 💛 UCF🚍 shuttle.
The room is for one person and is furnished with a full size bed, nightstand, 📺 tv, and you will need your own sheets for the bed..
The place is located at N. Alafaya Trl. Orlando FL , close to Waterford Lakes Town Center which has many stores, outlets, 🍔 restaurants, and a Regal Cinema.
Rent is $. a month with 💡electric,🌊 water, and internetincluded. no smoking, no pets, no alcohol, no drugs, and no parties are allowed.
To move in you will need one month&#;s rent plus $. deposit.
