Hi! I am looking to sublease my spot in an updated 3 bed 2 bath apartment at Victoria Place Apartments, which has 4.6 stars on Google Reviews and is unarguably one of the 🏆best places to live in the area! Whenever I would bring friends over, they would always be astonished with how nice the apartment is for what I&#;m paying. In addition to the rent, the utilities are split three ways and are approximately only an extra $/month. It has a very sleek, modern look. You will be sharing a bathroom with one other 👩 girl but she is super sweet and at her 💕 👨 boyfriend&#;s place a lot of the ⌚time, so there were basically never any ⌚times when I wanted to use the bathroom and it was occupied. It often⌚times felt like I had the whole thing to myself. Furthermore, our shared bathroom is bigger than the master bathroom, so there is plenty of countertop and storage space for two people, and it is definitely made to be shared. It also has a mirror light that can only be compared to ones at hotels, as it is honestly probably my favorite feature of the apartment. My room also has a huge 🚶 walk in closet, so that&#;s another really nice plus! The roommates are two sophomore college 👩 girls, and they are both friendly, studious, and do their part in keeping the apartment 🎇clean. Victoria Place is honestly such an amazing place to live for multiple reasons. The maintenance staff are always on top of any issues you may have, trash is picked up at the door, there&#;s an awesome 🏊 pool with hammocks, and a convenient fitness center. In addition, the location is phenomenal as it is directly across from the Waterford Lakes Town Center. You could 🚶 walk across the street and you&#;d be there. This means you are minutes away from places like Target, endless 🍔 restaurants, Ulta, Five Below, etc. There is also a Walmart just down the street from us as well. Parking is free for both you and visitors, and never an issue. I always feel safe at Victoria Place because there are many families that live here and it is a 🌉 gated community. On top of all of this, we are on the second floor and there is no upstairs unit above us, meaning you will never be bothered by stomping or noise coming from upstairs!
