My roommate and I are looking for a roommate to take over the third bedroom in our apartment.
What we are looking for in a roommate:
-👩 girls only
-no couples
-no smoking
-College student or young professional
-no pets preferred (already have a cat but negotiable)
-no parties
-Must be 🎇clean and responsible
-Only occasional overnight guests
-Night owl or okay with us being up late most nights
-no changing the thermostat
About the apartment
-Third floor with balcony and vaulted ceiling
-One big fluffy cat lives here too
-Your room would be the room in the back, has its own bathroom
-Unfurnished
-Rent is $ + ~$ for utilities (depends on the month)
-Rent includes internet and cable
-Lease ends August 4,
About the roommates:

-Anime fans
-Open to being friendly or letting you keep to yourself
-Quiet and respectful
